Intro to Pulse Diagnosis: Part 1

I recently led this class in Wu Healing Group to introduce people to the basics of pulse diagnosis in Chinese medicine. Listening to the pulse is a fundamental part of diagnosis in Chinese medicine, like looking at the tongue. It gives practitioners insight into the health of the body systems and any underlying patterns of pathology. This enables practitioners to better individualize treatment to suit a patient's unique needs.

Whether you'd like to better understand what your practitioner is listening for when they check your pulse, or you'd like to know what to pay attention to when listening to your own pulse, this class will help you get started.

Check it out.
